Dates: Wednesday 16 October to Sunday 20 October 2013
Times: 9.00am to 5.00pm each day
Venue: Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Southbank.

Here is a brief outline of the Quilt Show entry process:
Obtain a copy of the 2013 Handbook using the link above.
Using the flow chart, on page 2 of the handbook, select your Category. (Flow chart : Page 1, Page2 )

Work through the check list on page 11 of the handbook and ensure you have ticked ALL the boxes.

Complete the Entry Form and send it in with payment and photo OR enter on-line through the website, by 31 August .

By by 20 September, you will be notified of your quilt collector for the show.

Drop off your quilts to the collector by 30 September

Judging day is 2 October. Winners will be notified by email or phone.

Quilts are taken to the show by the allocated collectors

Prize Presentations are on 16 October at the Quilt Show.

The Quilt Show runs from 16 October to 20 October.

Quilts are taken home from the show by the allocated collectors.

After the show contact your quilt collector to arrange to pick up your quilt.

Category 16 Group/Collaborative Quilt This is a quilt made by three or more people and includes round robin, friendship and raffle quilts. Quilts may be quilted on a machine quilting system. A Judges' Choice recognition will be awarded to quilts individually nominated by each of the three Judges
