The Huntress
nspired by the photos from my parents recent trip to India to see the
I tigers, I let the shapes in the fabric create the tigers face.
It is padded with multiple layers of wadding to create dimension and
give the illusion of the tiger emerging from the thick grasses of its
natural habitat.
Intense thread painting is used on the legs and body to replicate the
tigers fur and markings on her body.
