Shining Through

Shining through is a photographic record in cyanotype. It highlights some of the
unique Australian flora that have evolved to suit harsh environmental conditions
resulting from Continental Drift and climate change. The adaptations that plants
exhibit fascinate me and I am fortunate to be able to observe most of these plants
growing in my garden.

• Cotton fabric, cyanotype chemicals, plant resist, cotton and cotton/polyester

• Cyanotype photogram, hand and machine quilted and hand embellished threads.
