The title is a quote by U.K
YouTuber/Influencer Daniel
Howell about his journey with
mental health. His quote has given
hope to many around the world.
He is the Young Minds ambassador
- a U.K charity created by Princes’
William and Harry to support youth
mental health.

The grey achromatic colours and
little use of F.M.Q on his face is
deliberate, representing the
desaturated and colourless feelings
depression can cause. In contrast,
the bold colourful background
represents his future happiness
and acceptance of himself. He is
pictured here age 18 (now 29).
