On a recent visit to Montville, we found ourselves in the clouds. The quiet muted colours
surrounding us was a delight after the glaring sunlight at the foot of the mountain. Yellow
was the colour which glowed like yellow flowers, leaves, signs, lights and vehicles.
• Vintage mulberry dyed napkin and handkerchief; mulberry dyed scarf remnants; linen;
and dyed cotton
• Started with cotton weaving; invisible basted to vintage handkerchief; invisible basted
to vintage napkin; invisible basted to linen; hand embroidery. Mulberry dyed and eco
dyed fabrics
